What was the highlight of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel
Lovely hotel, ensure you get the room that was booked.
Very clean. Powerful shower. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast choices. Location, not bad, maybe a bit too far from station and traditional areas.
Bed was hard as a rock. Also, we were given a corner room that didn’t feel 23 m square, very cramped. We didn’t complain, only realised too late it wasn’t right. So comfort suffered.

What was the highlight of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel
Good
Breakfast time and check in time around lift area- too many staff walking around who can be in the way. I understand it is Japanese way(omotenashi) but some of their what they think it is their omotenashi can be just annoying. I find this staff wearing silly earphones not not helping neither. You go top class hotel anywhere around the world, you don't see this kind of things. And yet, they can't seem to have a small talk, which I find it cold. You might as well have everything done by a robot!?However, their staff member located in Club Lounge, were excellent. Fluent in English and communication skill was amazing unlike others in the hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay!
Excellent service by staff and convenience to shopping, transportation and restaurants. Housekeeping staff did excellent job in maintaining our room clean. Buffet breakfast provided varied and fresh selections.

What was the highlight of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel
Comfortable and pleasant stay in the heart of Kanazawa
Hotel is central within walking distance to castle and famous gardens. Many shopping areas nearby and plenty of places to eat. There is a Starbucks next door. Staff were excellent and had good English speaking ability. The room was clean, cosy and very quiet. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices including local foods.
Only that the beds were too hard to be comfortable for us.
